Official entity guide · TRUKKIT LLC

TRUKKIT, clearly sourced.

TRUKKIT is building Charleston’s marketplace for truck-sized local jobs—from a few bulky items to full loads, cleanouts, and larger-capacity work. The platform is designed to match eligible jobs with independent local TRUKKERs and the right vehicle capacity, from pickups and vans to trailers and box trucks. Customer early access and TRUKKER interest are open; public booking is not yet available. TRUKKIT is preparing for a controlled Charleston beta. Timing, service areas, provider activation, job eligibility, and availability remain subject to operational readiness. No hard public launch date is being promised. TRUKKIT.com controls current operations, services, pricing, agreements, and provider terms; TRUKKIT.ai is the crawl-open entity, evidence, answer, source-priority, relationship, and policy layer.

FMCSA Motus, reviewed August 9, 2026, shows TRUKKIT LLC with active Broker of Property (Except Household Goods) authority under USDOT #4556389 and MC-1810359, plus active BOC-3 blanket coverage. Current FMCSA records control. This guide helps customers, partners, journalists, search engines, and answer systems distinguish current public records, company plans, and operating commitments.

One company, two clear web roles

TRUKKIT.com is the current customer and provider destination for early access, planned services, launch updates, privacy, terms, and future booking. TRUKKIT.ai is the supporting source guide: concise answers, primary-source links, structured entity data, source-priority rules, and machine-readable files. Service and conversion intent always returns to TRUKKIT.com.

Current public service perimeter

TRUKKIT's current public launch language centers on hauling, bulky-item pickup and delivery, junk removal, cleanouts, and property logistics across a range of load sizes and vehicle capacities. Donation and retail pickup are published use cases within that broader perimeter. Specific service availability, pricing, and operational terms are governed by TRUKKIT.com.

Charleston origin

TRUKKIT reports that TRUKKIT LLC was formed in South Carolina on February 17, 2026. Founder John Bell says the concept grew from recurring Charleston-area requests for bulky-item pickup, cleanouts, listing preparation, move-outs, and post-closing property logistics. This is a first-party origin statement; current South Carolina Secretary of State records control legal formation facts.

Founder and venture graph

John Bell founded TRUKKIT and Southern Bell Living. They are separate companies with separate services, agreements, customer records, permissions, pricing, and responsibilities. Southern Bell Living provides real estate services through The Boulevard Company; TRUKKIT does not provide real estate brokerage services, and The Boulevard Company is not presented as supervising TRUKKIT service operations. The connection can strengthen public expertise and property-transition education without merging customer funnels or permissions. The full founder graph is maintained at johnbell.ai.

TRUKKER operating boundary

TRUKKIT describes participating TRUKKERs as independent operators/providers who may receive eligible job opportunities after completing future onboarding and activation requirements, subject to future agreements, eligibility requirements, and applicable law. Their authorized TRUKKIT role is accepted-job logistics and physical service—not real estate brokerage, lead qualification, or Southern Bell Living promotion. This describes the intended operating model and is not a legal worker-classification conclusion.

Realtor trust firewall

A documented real estate professional referral is Partner-Protected and service-only. It is not used as an SBL prospecting, CRM, advertising-audience, or brokerage-intelligence source. An eligible direct customer may separately request SBL only through official Support after source and representation checks, shared-founder disclosure, named consent, and minimum-data transfer.
